This policy applies to personal information collected through our website, online forms (contact, franchise), electronic communications, and in-restaurant interactions when such information is later processed as part of our digital activities.

It does not apply to third-party sites or services you may access through external links (for example online reservation or ordering), which are governed by their own policies.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Information related to a franchise inquiry (profile, experience, project)

• Cessation of dissemination / de-indexing: where provided by law, request that dissemination stop or that personal information be de-indexed
• Portability: where applicable, receive in a structured, commonly used technological format certain computerized information you provided to us

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI).

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the site to function (for example remembering your consent choices). Others, subject to your consent, may be used for analytics, marketing or optional features.
